- Annual Service fee £500 plus VAT.
A flat annual fee to join the scheme, chargeable every year. This fee allows access to DOMFURNICO publications, news, expert witness and technical consultation.
This fee is not chargeable to verified members of approved industry association members.
- First Assessment fee £1,500 plus VAT.
Full gap analysis (dry run) and consultation to scheme requirements and initial audit scheme rating. This will include a virtual meeting to engage the pre-assessment questionnaire (PAQ) and assessment checklist.
- Annual Assessment fee £1,250 plus VAT.
Assessment report will provide requirements to increase the rating where required. Reviewing the new year’s product safety management and incident controls, technical files, risk assessments, compliance and conformity due diligence.
- Assured Advice.
If called upon, direct specific interpretation can be arranged by DOMFURNICO with Assured Advice directly from our partnership with Trading Standards, via this coordinated partnership.

- Expert witness.
If called upon, DOMFURNICO will act as support for product management and responsibility, supporting best industry practice and responsibility, expenses will be chargeable.

- Technical consultation.
Any form of technical and compliance consultation required whilst in this scheme. Adding support, guidance and balance in the changing regulatory climate for general product safety and related regulations.

- Association Discount.
DOMFURNICO will offer up to a 20% discount incentive to all approved Furniture Industry Trade Associations members that have been verified.
- Publications.
Access to version controlled and updated corporate documentation templates and regulatory declaration templates.

- Far East Asia (China) Audits and Inspections. We can support your importing compliance with our partnerships in China. Offering professional audits and product inspections in line, and pre-shipment inspections (PSIs) to meet your needs.
